The staff was great, always kind and helpful when I had questions or wanted information. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. My room had all of the amenities I wanted and was larger than most rooms in similar hotels.

The checked in process was very smooth. They even upgared all our rooms to be deluxe business rooms so it become much more spacious. Staffs are very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good too, value for money.

Nice and cozy place to stay while on a vacation. The cleanliness and humble staff are value points. We arrive at 14.00 and the room is already set up, no delay.

The staff is very helpful and nice. Internet connection is good enough. The breakfast is average with indonesian and american, we can choose one of them or both.Swimming pool is quite nice and clean.
